Easily search by household name or address or by any member first or last name.
Household Details
DirectorySpot is populated with information about each household including the household name, address, home phone number, and any notes pertaining to the household. In addition, you can add a household photo. If you tap on the photo, the photo will enlarge. Each household can have one or several members (residents). All of this information can be initially loaded via an Excel spreadsheet and then can be updated throughout the year via our secure website.
Household Member Info
Within each Household, DirectorySpot is populated with information about each resident (or member) including first and last names, titles, phone numbers, emails, and the groups they belong to. All of this information can be initially loaded via an Excel spreadsheet and then can be updated throughout the year via our secure website. In addition, each member can add a photo. Groups
Create as many groups or categories as you need and then each household member can be linked to one or many groups (or no groups). This way they can be searched and easily found and you can even send out emails and notifications to a “group.”

Simple pricing based on number of “households” listed in the directory – no hidden or additional fees!
For most Home Owner’s Associations, Neighborhoods or Buildings, a “household” are the people (and pets) that live at an address. A household can have as many members in it as needed. The prices below are annual fees and include unlimited access (as many “users” as you want) to DirectorySpot. The DirectorySpot app is always free to download from the app stores, but you need a valid username and password to access a directory.
HOAs can:
- Give residents access for free
- Include your DirectorySpot directory as part of the HOA membership dues
- Sell it to homeowners (i.e. $5.00 per household) and only allow access to those who paid
- Use sponsors and sell ads to display on a tab in your directory. HOA’s sell the ad and collect all of the proceeds. Click here for more information.
HOAs will also save printing costs since anyone can download their own copy of a PDF, or better yet, use the app instead!
